The Mississauga Marathon is a run that encompasses much of Mississauga's beauty. This point to point course is a fast net downhill. The course starts at Mississauga's City Hall, and makes its way west across the Credit River to Mississauga Road and then travels south for a beautiful stretch past the University of Toronto's Mississauga Campus, Mississauga Golf and Country Club, and continues through some of Mississauga's most beautiful residential neighbourhoods, before winding along the scenic Lake Ontario Waterfront Trail, and back along Lakeshore Rd. to Lakefront Promenade Park.

The Spruce Woods Ultra race is unlike any other event in the province. First, it?s tough. Although it?s a run in the park, it is unlike any other run in the park you?ve seen in Manitoba. OK, so it?s not ?up-a-mountain? tough like what you?ll find out west, but with over 1800 feet of climbing in 26.2 miles and a few more in the 50km, that Bishop Grandin bridge you might have ran on Father?s Day will be put in it?s place like the minor bump that it is.

The course uses the City's vast partly paved and hard packed trail system while also highlighting some of the picturesque residential architecture in Fredericton. The marathon course is Boston certified, and continues to draw athletes who want to achieve a qualifying time on this very flat and fast course. In 2015, 27% of the marathon runners qualified.

The fast and flat 10 kilometre trail circuit around Elk and Beaver Lakes is considered as one of the premiere races of its type in North America. Runners complete 10 laps for the 100K division, 8+ laps for 50 Miles and 5 laps for 50K while walkers complete 4 laps for 40K. The venue is all trails, very flat, has good footing, and is in excellent condition. Definitely a runner-friendly, P.R. type course!

The course has been changed to a double loop, using the half marathon course. There is a short u turn added to Francklyn St. in the south end and the second loop has been shortened in the Hydrostone using Stairs Pl (north side), instead of Hennessey Pl(south side).

The Boston-Qualifying marathon featured one of the flattest and fastest courses in British Columbia. The route started and finished at beautiful Mill Lake Park in the heart of Abbotsford and took runners out through scenic agricultural lands on the Sumas Prairie. The course is well-marked, well-controlled, and designed to ensure runners encountered minimal traffic and have a thoroughly enjoyable and safe running experience.
